CLEVER reads a contract, assesses its risks against two risk registers and carries the result into pricing. You pay per contract read — one by one or through a running subscription.
From four hundred contracts a year we bill under an annual contract and invoice you directly, without a payment provider:

Guide figures, not an offer. One contract counts as one, whatever its page count. SEE: no set-up fee, no annual commitment. BUSINESS: EUR 35 per contract at 1,000 contracts a year. From TEAM: 12 months with automatic renewal, cancellable monthly with effect from the end of the following month.
You buy SEE and TEAM through Paddle as authorised reseller. Paddle issues your invoice and remits the VAT; the service is provided by Kahlstorf GmbH. You pay by card or bank transfer.
Unused scan units are refunded within 14 days; a running subscription is cancellable monthly with effect from the end of the following month. The full rule is in clause 4 of the terms of use.
If your company is based outside Germany and holds a valid VAT ID, we invoice under the reverse-charge procedure without German VAT.
Prices are set and invoiced in euro. There is no separate US dollar price list: a converted figure would be out of date by the time you read it, and a stale number is worse in a negotiation than none.
